> Until now, our primary mailing list, <registrars at gnso.icann.org>, has been open to Registered Representatives, Non-Registered Representatives and Observers.  Selected ICANN officials and staff members are also included in this mailing list.

> That list has been a "discussion" list,  open to posting by everyone on that list.  However, in the not too distant future, that list will be converted to an "Announce" list.  Posting will be limited to officers, GNSO representatives and, perhaps, task force leaders.  The exact numbers of authorized individuals is yet to be determined.
