Dear Colleagues,

In Lisbon I gave quite a few of you letters with instructions for logging
into the new ICANN registrar database (RADAR). I am writing to remind you
to please be sure to log in and try out the system. For those of you who
did not get a letter at that time, we will be mailing them shortly. We
would encourage you to log in and try out the new system. In a couple weeks
we will be sending out a brief questionnaire to get your feedback on the
features and functionality of this system before we roll it out to the
remaining ICANN accredited registrars.

Please take a few minutes to try out the system and update your information.
As a reminder, this new system gives you the opportunity to update such
fields as Transfer and Billing contacts, among others. It enables you to
update your listing and logo on the InterNIC site. A new feature - Whois IP
whitelisting - is also accommodated with the new database. Registrars can
now download a real-time Transfer Contact list as well as a list of IP
addresses for those registrars that have provided them.

For those of you interested in the batch feature, please be sure to contact
me with your lists.

Best wishes,

Tim Cole
