Yes, I know. However, where a claim is made isn't particularly helpful 
in determining if the claim has any utility. How can a "unique" claim 
for a market in which everything is unique support any form of 
exceptions claim?

I don't mind if what NetSol is doing passes ICANN's sniff test -- that's 
ICANN's problem, but the justification offered shouldn't be so ... comic.
