[registrars] RE: Network Solutions is Front Running!!!

Dear all,

After reading your e-mails about NetSol, I tried to check whether they 
were still registering domain names right after a research was made; but 
the NetworkSolutions.com website wasn't available for hours (all night 
long French time).
Does anyone noted the same problem ?
