Root KSK Operations Documentation Updates

To Whom It May Concern,


Following a recent meeting of our Policy Management Authority, we have approved and published updated documentation necessary to operate the new Thales Luna HSM hardware. The documentation has been published on the IANA website here:

The DPS for the Root Zone KSK Operator has been updated to the 7th Edition along with four other documents. Please note the documents with an effective date of 2024-03-15. Please refer to the change logs of each respective document for a summary of changes.
