Hi Wes,

So the big over arching question after enumerating threats is, okay so
what do we do about them? And I don't think the answer is always a
technical or operations one. There may be some larger policy answers or
answers that could impact an entire ecosystem like the DNS.

That was vague but I was particularly interested in understanding more
about the threat of DoH and what mitigation RSSAC proposes. I also have
interest in DDoS mitigation.
