[RSS GWG] Update on timing?

Hi Brad,

Thanks for the update.
I note that you said "sent to the RSSAC for publication"; do you anticipate
the RSSAC turning that around essentially upon receipt?
Or is there a process on the RSSAC side as well?

I ask because our first meeting after the 23rd would be October 7th.  If
RSSAC processing is a separate process, that likely would not be possible,
but if it is simply a  turnaround, that could.
