[Rt4-whois] Planning our next steps - outreach

Hi all

Sarmad raises a good point, but Wilfried, I would encourage you to mention the RT at RIPE, in a kind of "watch this space, we'll be doing outreach to relevant communities..."

Any objections to this approach?
