[Rt4-whois] FOLLOW-UP: Telephone conference schedule - unusual times.

Tx Bill, I greatly appreciate the update, and it is good to see the
dates written out.

Question (and forgive me if was already asked), but I thought Bill
worked out a set of possible times for the calls that meant that no one
was up at a truly odd hour.

Is this no longer feasible?

Tx,
Kathy

I have also updated the
Calendar<https://community.icann.org/display/whoisreview/Calendar> to
include the conference calls and face-to-face meetings. Hopefully
timezones, access privileges, etc. work for everyone.

Dear Review Team Members,

Please find attached an updated version of the calendar for your
consideration which includes your F2F sessions. (Also available on the

The Doodle poll results indicate that Tuesday, 20 September and
Wednesday, 21 September are the best dates for your September meeting.

Thanks,

Very best regards

Alice

Hi Sharon

Good questions, thanks.

I propose that we schedule 90 minutes for the calls (to create the
necessary diary time), but aim to complete the calls within one hour,
unless the agenda demands more time.

I think what Alice has done is scheduled a call every two weeks, and the
exact dates of the F2F meetings will be slightly different. For
example, I believe we agreed to meet all day Sunday in San Francisco,
and I suggest that we go for the same date in other ICANN meetings.

Alice - please would you confirm, and send through the dates of the
Sunday at ICANN meetings this year, and the result of the doodle poll
re: our London meeting when that is decided.

Kind regards

Emily

Emily and Alice,

Thx for this. Couple of questions:

1 how long should we allow for each call, now they are more frequent?
2. I note that 22.6 is listed, and my diary shows that as a FTF is
Amman- is this no longer the case?
3. 14.9 shown as FTF, I have it the following week. I presume that means
that it is close to our FTF?

Thx

Sharon

Hi all

At our London meeting, we agreed an action plan that included a call
every two weeks. Because of the geographical spread of Team members, we
also agreed to rotate the timing of the calls.

Alice has kindly pulled together a schedule, using Bill's work on time
zones.

I propose that we adopt this schedule. My proposal is that individuals
for whom a call falls between 22:00 - 06:00 local time should not be
expected to participate in that call. Each call will be recorded, the
transcript will be available, and we plan to have regular face to face
meetings.

If I don't hear any objections, this will be the basis that we adopt the
schedule.

Kind regards

Emily
