[Rt4-whois] Updated declaration of interests

Hi all

I've let Alice have my updated statement of interest.  It has now been
announced that I'm consulting to Sipara (www.sipara.com, and see
http://www.sipara.com/emily.htm), which continues to be ad hoc, advising on
domain name issues including preparation of UDRP and equivalent systems.
