Dear xxx,

On behalf of the WHOIS Policy Review Team, we wish to thank you for your willingness to meet with our Team in Dakar.

We wanted to share with you that our timeframe for next public outreach meetings has changed slightly. Two weeks ago we held a highly productive two-day session in Marina del Rey, with 14 of our 15 members present.  We worked hard on our final report and recommendations. While we are fully committed to releasing our Report on the date we set a year ago, November 30th, we will not be releasing the report prior to that date.

Accordingly, while we will be holding working sessions in Dakar for the Review team, we will not be holding any public or community sessions. Our next public and community meetings will take place in Costa Rica following release of our Report and its recommendations. We look forward tomeeting with you then, and hope we can schedule our meeting time well in advance to discuss our recommendations.
