I’d like RZERC to publish everything -- minutes, papers, list traffic, transcripts, recordings, whatever -- as a matter of routine.

Confidential or sensitive topics can be redacted as and when they arise: “the committee went into executive session to discuss a confidential matter” or something like that. Though it might be tidier to have those executive sessions as standalone events so they don’t get intermingled with routine RZERC business that can be freely published.
