[RZERC] FINAL RZERC Feedback on the Updated Plan for Continuing the Root KSK Rollover

The desire is simple: as the SSAC rep to RZERC, I have been asked by SSAC to provide a copy of the RZERC response to the question as soon as it is publicly available.
