[SubPro-IRT] Topic 2: Predictability Framework

Thanks Lars et al.  Looking forward to reviewing this language and hearing
any comments.  A simple typo appears in 4.1 Paragraph 2 of the Change
Request section - third line from the bottom - there is a word missing
after the word "ongoing".  The word is very likely "round".
