[SubPro-IRT] Updated language

Thanks, Anne. I was going to raise some points on the Predictability
Framework flowcharts on the IRT call, once I've had a look at the same in
the fresh copy of the Predictability Framework. Alan Greenberg had spoken
to me about that too.
