[Tmch-iag] P3/P5 Comments for IAG

Dear Fellow IAG Members:

For item P3, I suggest that there not only be standard notices to the Sunrise applicant and trademark owner, but also standardized Subject lines in any such communications.  That will maximize the likelihood that the importance of any such communication will be readily understood, and will ease the training of staff by trademark owners of what to be on the lookout for.  This is especially important if notices to the mark owner come from different registrars (less important if only the TMC is sending the notices, as presumably its headings will be consistent).

For P5, having the registrar query the TMC to perform the "claims check" function seems to be most efficient.
