ICANN has issued the RFP for web accessibility assessment of ICANN websites
and it has been openly posted,
https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/rfps-2012-02-25-en.  The
following vendors have been specifically contacted but if you are aware of
other vendors that may be interested, please feel free to direct them to the
