[technology taskforce] Testing of Adobe connect exit poll feature (Chrome on Windows 10)

So here's what happens in Chrome on Windows 10 when exiting Adobe
Connect - it just displays the message (screenshot attached) but I
can't click on the URL and NO separate browser tab opened.
