[technology taskforce] At-Large Website - Google Search Update

Thanks Laura. Thanks for the work on this.

The Site Search appears to work well (after a not-too-systematic round of
testing). I have the following queries:

1. What is the periodicity of updating the search database? Is it on a
continuous basis or at an interval (such as daily or hourly)?

2. What is the implicit sort order of the result presented? Is is
relevance, date, or some other order?

3. Some of the familiar Google search operators (filetype:, - etc) seem to
work. Is this an undocumented feature or is there a list of supported
operators available somewhere ?
