Dear ICANN,

This is to advise you that Spain does not object to the use of the "es" label under the TLDs whose requests for authorization have been posted for comments in https://www.icann.org/resources/two-character-labels from 22nd to 29th May, 2015, EXCEPT for ".bank".

Spain does not authorize the use of the "es" label under ".bank" (R000503) since this is a string identifying a highly regulated activity in Spain. Therefore, the Spanish Government reserves the right to review requests to register "es.bank" before the name is registered.
