I thought it already had a name.  It is named after how it is seen on
a Unix system.  As http://www.twinsun.com/tz/tz-link.htm says in the
opening paragraph it is "often called zoneinfo", but that doesn't stop
it from being renamed.  It certainly doesn't stop the need for
a page which says that this is what it should be called as opposed to
just the informal "often called".
