Geographical extent of some tz timezones

I did a good deal of research into the time zones of Kazakhstan in 2005. I
sent my discoveries to the tz mailing list at the time. You can easily find
them now in the osdir archive. Look at
http://osdir.com/ml/time.tz/2005-05/msg00040.html. That should help you with
your task.
