Samoa DST dates

Samoa has now released the dates they will change clocks for DST 
according to samoaobserver.ws:

Saturday 25th September 2010 – adjust your clocks forward from 12:00am 
to 1:00am
Saturday 2nd April 2011 – adjust your clocks backwards from 1:00am to 
12:00am
