Samoa DST starts on midnight between Saturday, September 25, 2010 and Sunday, 
September 26, 2010 and will end DST on the first Sunday of April (midnight 
April 2-April 3) in 2011.

end of DST for Samoa should be:

"Sunday 3nd April 2011 – adjust your clocks backwards from 1:00am to 12:00am"

not 
"Saturday 2nd April 2011 – adjust your clocks backwards from 1:00am to 12:00am"
