Chile - Daylight Saving Time extension in 2011

Hi,
Due to a drought and as one of several actions to avoid a future
electricity shortfall this year, Chile extends Daylight Saving Time till
early April. According to media reports, this one-time change will take
place on Saturday, April 2nd at 24:00 for America/Santiago and on Saturday,
April 2nd at 22:00 for Pacific/Easter.
At the moment, there's no official decree available, but you can check the
