I'd guess a billion computer systems now, with
one or two million activated per day.  This compares
to a world population of about seven billion people,
with about a third of a million babies born every day.
At this rate it won't be too long before the lines cross.

I should emphasize, though, that the computer counts
and projections are merely guesses.
