[tz] [PATCH 0/4] Make tzselect more portable

These patches allow tzselect to run on almost any Bourne-compatible
shell (tested: bash, BusyBox ash, dash, ksh93, mksh, pdksh, posh, yash,
and zsh) and fix an issue with older versions of BusyBox awk (and makes
the setting of FS more consistent throughout tzselect).

The prompts are identical to those printed by ksh or bash, except that
the final prompt now gives a more generic error message than the old
"Please enter 1 for Yes, or 2 for No." message.

I hereby disclaim copyright interest in these changes.
