[tz] New release of tzdata for Egypt DST change ?

Hello,

  I've seen your git commit. Today is May 12th, yet there is no new 
  release yet of tzdata. I hope you would release it soon enough so that 
  distributions using tzdata would have time to package it (hopefully 
  before May 15th).
