[tz] Arizona will consider adopting daylight saving time

I'm confused by the arguments for the bill (I haven't seen any against).

Eric Jay Toll's article says "One way Arizona can beat the after-dark heat of
summer nights is by extending daylight." This sounds completely backwards, as
daylight saving time extends the day and makes summer evenings hotter.

And Adam Longo's article says that extending DST will let people play more golf,
and that it will help them be more productive in business. But these two goals
would appear to be diametrically opposite (unless one's business is golfing).

Perhaps someone from Arizona could explain what's going on here?
