Date Nov 27 was proposed by State Duma's Health Committee (according to
mass media), however there is no official document in ASOZD with such date.
On Nov 3 there is was State Duma's Health Committee session that should
propose new date for 2nd State Duma's read.
Commitee protocol is not published yet.
