SSTransitCenter ask "Tell me: How can I be improved?"
Suggest they replace the batteries in their signage systems, and at least use 
the time stamp of a reliably updated pre-shutdown system file to set system time 
during start up, then when the network is enabled: rdate, ntpdate, sntp, 
httpstime <http://phk.freebsd.dk/time/20151212/>, or a similar lightweight time 
sync client.
