[tz] Kyiv not Kiev error

Dear All

There is an error in name of the capital city of Ukraine - Kiev ('Київ' in
Ukrainian language).
Kiev is the transliteration of the city name from Russian language.
The only correct transliteration is Kyiv.

Please update the name.
