[tz] DST Change in Egypt April from GMT+2 to GMT+3

Have there been any Laws or Presidential decrees published in the Egyptian 
Official Gazette (Al-Waqae Al-Misriyya) or https://alamiria.com/ or under the 
Official Gazette sections of the better news sites?

What is happening during Ramadan March 22-April 20?

It appears Palestine may be delaying summer time start until after Ramadan this 
year, and Morocco may be keeping winter time from March 19-April 30!
