[tz] Ukraine to abolish DST?

I assumed that changes would technically take affects on March 30,
2025, when DST will not be introduced. Anyway, I propose to keep those
changes in "work in progress" status until a new law is finally signed
and published, and in the final text will have clear understanding of
'de jure' cut-off date.
I will keep it tracked and will inform you.
