[tz] Asia/Tehran +3:30

Dear Tim Parenti

Thank you for your attention.
I have updated the timezone data in my rooted android phone to the latest
version (i.e., 2024a) from  'http://data.iana.org/time-zones/'. Even after
rebooting, the DST is still enabled for Tehran/Iran Timezone. I have no
idea how to disable it.
