Hello Don,

Thank you for your email and feedback which made me notice that the links on the file are not visible anymore. Because the pull request that was merged in the Github repository is linked to https://github.com/jaywcjlove/validator.js . The link appears only when you hover on it.
We will make sure we update the file with visible links and let you know once published.

There is also a link in the document to the 40 Github repositories that had been submitted and modified to support Thai IDNs. https://uasg.tech/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/Github-Hackathon-Pull-Request-Results.pdf

Regarding the RegEx question, yes, it was used as an interim mechanism for now. All GitHub repositories selected for update in this hackathon were using RegEx to validate Email and IDNs domains.

Best regards,
Seda Akbulut

Thanks Seda. But which application was fixed?

And, to be clear, this ‘fix’ was only done by adjusting the RegEx to include a Thai string?

Thanks.
