[UA-discuss] Request for feedback: Election Process and a Timeline

Having a term spanning over 2 years is just enough and needs no further
adjustment in my opinion. In addition, if an individual who has served
before wants to serve again. The charter should allow for such a provision
especially if they have exhibited good performance during their term.
