[UA-discuss] ACTION REQUIRED by May 15, 2024 For Continuation of Your UASG Membership

+1 to the SOI link

I have ccNSO SOI and wouldn't like to keep up-to-date multiple SOI in 
almost one environment. I think, for UASG goals, providing link to any 
ICANN SOI would be more than enough.
