[UA-Measurement] Independent evaluation work in LAC starting

Hi Mark
Can you please let me know with whom in LACRALO you are in contact for this initiative?
Also, not related to UA but still in the domain of multilingualism, later in the year the Latin American Festival of Indigenous Languages on the Internet will take place in Guatemala. The aim is to dialogue and share experiences on the use of tech to preserve indigenous languages in the region.
