[IAG-WHOIS conflicts] Draft preliminary report

My apologies for not getting my comments in by now. I have been
preoccupied with the birth of my first grandchild, and while I am
dedicated to ICANN this has not been top of mind. Can you tell me what
the deadline is for receiving a statement from me, which might be an
appendix or a stakeholder view or a minority report. Frankly my
priority is to have it included, although I do have sympathy for
Chris's position re voting and minority views.
Kind regards, Stephanie Perrin
