Sorry I was unable to participate in the call this morning.
I am puzzled by the “NTIA requirements” layer. I thought the transition planned had been deemed to meet those requirements and the authority of NTIA was finished. Also, Jean-Jacques’s classification of state law (California) as part of federal requirements is incorrect. California is not part of the federal government.
