Greg,
One possible way would be , depending on the suggestions and comments made,
you prepare a working doc. for discussion at our tomorrow's evening, Geneva
Time , and further proceed.
However, the 60 days commenting period is mandatory and shall not be end
before 31 March 2017, in order to allow those SO/AC like GAC , THAT THEY
NEED A PHYSICAL MEETING TO DISCUSS AND DEBATE THE QUESTIONAIRES and having
15 days after ICANN/GAC 58( 31 March ,as a deadline to reply.
