[Alac-sc-outreach] Tracking document requests for events

If you get permission from the organizers you could get them stuffed in the
delegate bags.  IE.  NTC 16 has  3,600 delegates.
 My strategy is to work with PIR which is a platinium sponsor and they have
a booth which makes it easier to communicate.
