[At-review] f2f meeting in MdR - travel and room booking

Dear RT Members,
We are now organizing your participation to the f2f meeting in MdR, please find here below some guidelines on how to proceed for the booking of your flights and hotels:

*         For RT Members requiring reimbursement of travel costs: please contact Karen Lettner (karen.lettner at icann.org<mailto:karen.lettner at icann.org>) for organizing the issuing of pre-paid travel tickets (economy class, according to ICANN's  travel support guidelines http://www.icann.org/en/topics/travel-support/travel-support-guidelines-fy10-24jul09-en.pdf). Please contact Karen with your requests for flight booking by the coming Thursday end of your business day.

*         For RT Members requiring reimbursement of lodging costs: please contact Karen Lettner (karen.lettner at icann.org<mailto:karen.lettner at icann.org>) by the coming Thursday end of your business day for booking a pre-paid room for you. Rooms will be booked at the Marina del Rey hotel (http://www.marinadelreyhotel.com/), which is walking distance from our offices, where your meeting will take place.

*         For RT Members not requiring reimbursement of lodging costs and for other persons travelling with RT Members and not qualifying for lodging/travel support: ICANN has a convenient corporate rate for the Marina del Rey hotel; please contact Karen Lettner (karen.lettner at icann.org<mailto:karen.lettner at icann.org>) by the coming Thursday end of your business day if you want to take advantage of our corporate rate. When contacting Karen, please inform her of your travel details.
A working dinner will be organized the 5th May evening; during the meeting breakfast and lunch will be served.
