[AT-Review] Interaction opportunities with AC's and SO's in Brussels and ALAC option for the Sunday.

Marco just to be clear the Action Item of "taking care of these meetings
with SO/ACs" belongs to Becky (she was to c.c. Brian or the team on
correspondence with the SOAC list) but I had undertaken to sort out the
ALAC/At-Large opportunities for the Sunday following Janis doing the same
for the GAC while we were together in MdR. So my email is confirming options
from that, my c.c. to Heidi and Alice was as  you state to allow for
the necessary staff support for luncheon logistics (and to ensure our
timings are fully correct and in sync in the meetings block schedule.
