[AT-Review] Staff reporting lines - various issues

Dear RT Members,
Following my resignation from ICANN, please note that Alice Jansen will continue to support the Review Team and report to Olof Nordling (olof.nordling at icann.org<mailto:olof.nordling at icann.org>) from June 1st.
I also take this opportunity to inform you that, as a consequence of the decision to make the Review Team email list archives publicly accessible, staff works on the assumption that Doodle hyperlinks and conference call dial-in details should be sent to Members' individual email addresses only, not to the list; please let us know whether this corresponds to your needs.
Finally, based on positive experience of established practices in the GNSO, staff suggests to test the provision of full transcripts and MP3 recordings of the RT calls and meetings rather than detailed minutes. This saves time and prevents misinterpretations (as well as any ensuing corrections required), while providing a full and precise representation of the RT deliberations and decisions. Obviously, the one-page preliminary reports (action items) will continue to be produced, as well.
