[AT-Review] ATRT translation request

Hi Brian,

Just a couple of things on WG4 recommendation as set out in the exec
summary (with consequential amendments in the main body of the document)
to be noted and picked up in the final report to the Board;

a) The title of D in the exec summary should probably be "review
mechanism(s) for Board decisions" rather than "appeal mechanism(s)..".

b) The recommendation currently numbered 26 needs a little drafting
work and should probably be put at the end of the recommendations in D (ie
as number 29).

Cheers,

Subject: [AT-Review] ATRT translation request

Olof and Alice,

Attached is the complete ATRT Request for Public Comment document that
needs to be translated. This attachment now includes a section (d) in the
Executive Summary titled D. Appeal mechanism(s) for Board decisions and
includes the Working Group 4 section that begins on page 39 of the
document.

Denise Michel will provide you with links for two documents that are
referenced in footnotes #16, 34 and 81.

Also attached in the Berkman Center's Final Report. The Report is to be
included in the document as Appendix A and there is a cover sheet at the
end of the ATRT Public Comment document for that purpose. PLEASE NOTE:
the Berkman Final Report can go out in ENGLISH ONLY with the translated
ATRT Public Comment document. We recognize that the ATRT Public Comment
document translation will be time intensive and we do not want to risk
delay in the issue date of the ATRT Public Comment document by insisting
on a multilingual Berkman Final Report appendix. However, we would like
to have multilingual versions of the Berkman Final Report available as
soon as possible.

As I mentioned, the ATRT wishes to have a 30 day public comment period
that closes prior to the opening of the ICANN meeting in Cartagena. If
there is anything I can do to help expedite that translation process,
please let me know.

Regards,

Brian
