The webinar is aimed at all users and requestors of WHOIS data who are not yet familiar with the RDRS.

There will be time for questions and answers.

The webinar will address:

- How the RDRS works
- What the RDRS can and cannot do
- Request best practices
- The learnings from the use so far
- Improvements that are on the way
