Dear Motoko,

Thank you for your comments. The complaints you mentioned are very
consistent with suggestions I have received with regards to the importance
of the gender dimension and the need to expand it to include LGBT and
harassment concerns.

It seems you are on a good path with your research. By all means, please
follow up with the Ombudsman.
