[Acct-Legal] Community Veto

Hello everybody,

Having just reviewed the update concerning the community veto, I'd like tho
get some clarification as to how GAC advice requiring a Board majority to
reject differs from a community veto which would require the Board to
submit certain items to the community for advice and then vote to override
said advice, if desired.

Is it a threshold issue (keeping in mind the recent attempt to increase the
threshold for Board override of GAC advice) or is something else in play
here?
